BIBS is an app for private amateur football groups, for adults and players aged 16+: weekly signup lists, balanced sides based on skill ratings, coin toss, match clock, history and stats, announcements and notifications.

There are two ways. Email invitation: a team admin invites you and you receive an email with a link. Open the link on your phone (the app opens automatically if installed); if you already have an account, the invitation also shows up in the app. Invitations are valid for 14 days; if yours expired, ask for a new one. Join code: an admin gives you the team’s code (8 characters) or a link containing it. In the app tap “I have a code” (or More → Join another team) and type the code; you join as a player. Admins can change or turn off the code at any time.

After signing in, choose to create a team and fill in the name, the day and time you play, the number of spots and how many sides to form. You become the team's Admin+ and can invite members.

On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot your password?” and follow the link we email you. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in that way; you have no separate BIBS password.

Check your Spam/Promotions folders and that the address is spelled correctly. You can resend the confirmation link from your Profile. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us.

Check that notifications for BIBS are allowed in your phone settings and turned on for your team (More → Notifications). Admins can turn notifications off for the whole team. Signing out and back in registers the device again.

Ratings (0-5) are visible only to admins by default, to avoid needless arguments. Admins can choose to show them to all players. If you think your rating is wrong, you can send a re-evaluation request, which the admins vote on.

The app splits the signed-up players so that the total ratings are as balanced as possible between sides. Admins can adjust the result by hand.

Go to More → Team profile and choose “Leave this team”. This does not delete your account. If you are the Admin+, hand the team over to another member first.

In the app: More → Report abuse or a problem, or by email at [email protected]. Tell us who, which content and when. We review reports and act within 24 hours. Team admins can remove an abusive member immediately. Details in the Terms.

BIBS is currently a free beta. After the beta, the subscription is paid per team, monthly or yearly, through the App Store or Google Play, with auto-renewal; prices are shown in the app and in the store before purchase. A new team gets a 30-day free trial with no payment details. Teams created during the beta also get a 30-day free trial from the switch date and, for a limited time, a founders offer. We will give at least 30 days' notice before paid plans start. See the subscription terms.

Subscriptions are managed in the store: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. To restore, use the restore button on the team's subscription screen. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

In the app: More → Your profile → Account → Delete your account. Or by email. All details: Account deletion.
